Terraces Cabernet Sauvignon 2012  435 Cases Produced  The fruit is estate grown and comes from six unique hillside blocks in the eastern foothills of Rutherford. Planted in 1981 and 1993 in the volcanic soil, known as Rhyolite, the vines produce intensely flavored, small clusters with concentrated, small yields.  Great balance of power, ripe fruit, alcohol, and tannin. Deep purple/ruby color.  Palate is full bodied with nicely balanced but firm, structured tannins. Flavors of cassis, blackberry, cocoa, and baking spices continue with a rich, long finish. Gehricke Los Caneros Pinot Noir 2013 1,600 Cases produced  Translucent, bright crimson color and aromas of red fruit, smoky earth undertones and meaty leather, with a hint of white pepper. A velvety mouthfeel opens up to explosive flavors of juicy raspberries and strawberries, blended with subtle notes of cocoa powder. A tinge of anise is complemented by spice and well-integrated oak structure. Martinelli Bella Vigna Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2012  ~90 Pts WS   738 Cases produced.  Medium ruby color; ripe aromas of cherry and cooked strawberry with all-spice notes; bright, forward cherry flavors with black tea accents; creamy, smooth texture; good structure and balance; long finish. Full, textured Pinot with a lot of flavors. $32.75

Terraces Chardonnay 2013  435 Cases Produced  Medium bodied with bright fruit flavors of pineapple, mango, and melon. Finishes bright and lively, leaving you wanting for more. Picked ripe to develop tropical notes, this wine is fermented in stainless steel and then is moved to neutral French oak barrels to develop weight and richness. It does not go through malolatic fermentation allowing the wine to preserve its bright acidity. A lovely alternative style of Chardonnay. $26.50

Planted in 1981, the volcanic soil, known as Rhyolite, in combination with the ‘Werle’ Family clone selection and St. George rootstock, produces intensely flavored clusters with concentrated, small yields.  Palate is complex with ripe flavors of blueberry, black currant, black cherry and baked plum. Fisher Vineyards Mountain Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2012, Sonoma  1,120 Cases Produced  ~ 93 points Vinous Media, Antonio Galloni  A deep, dense wine that possesses considerable mid-palate depth and concentration. Pine, mint, lavender and cedar on the firm, super-expressive finish. The heart of this wine is Cabernet Sauvignon (75%) grown on steep, west facing terraces that rise above the renowned Wedding Vineyard, reaching a towering elevation of 1,400 feet.  Rounded out with 21% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petite Verdot. $83.00

Sanglier Left Tusque Alexander Valley Cabernet 2012     342 Cases Produced.~ 90 Pts WE   Serious and concentrated, this is a big and bold wine packed with ripe fruit flavors and firm tannins. It smells oaky and smoky, tastes rich with blackberry and dark chocolate and feels appropriately astringent, dry and full-bodied. Drinkable now, it will be best after 2017.  $39.50

Black Dog Cellars Pinot Noir 2014   218 Cases Produced.  Russian River Valley ~ Sonoma Coast. This is an elegant wine that is seamless from the beginning to the end. Notes of ripe black cherry and cranberry compliment the toasty, smokey characteristics $31.50

Black Dog Cellars Syrah 2012  150 Cases Produced. A soft mouth feel and is sweet in the mid pallet with flavors of blackberry, strawberry and terrior. The softness in tannins in this Syrah is enhanced by the use of 3 year air dried French barrels!  $28.99

Mario Perelli-Manetti Pinot Noir Rutherford/ Sonoma 2013  280 Cases Produced  A flawless example of why Sonoma Coast is the perfect climate for Pinot Noir. Well structured with acid and tannins, earthy tea tones and soft sweet leather spices, balanced with an abundance of dried strawberries and black cherries. Aged in 30% new French oak and the remainder in used French oak. $28.75

Mario Perelli-Manetti Cabernet, Napa/Rutherford.  1,333 Cases Produced  Gloriously opulent, rich and full-throttle in the mouth.  Made in the style of the French Bordeaux wines.  It is another big time winner from the 2012 vintage – and from Mario Perelli Winery – An enormous crowd-pleaser.    "I can't get enough of this wine!!! District 4 Napa Red Blend 2013 from Prime Wines $38.75  422 Cases Produced   50% Merlot, 33% Cab Franc, 17% Cabernet This year’s fruit is from three Napa Valley AVAs. The Cabernet Sauvignon came from Coombsville, the source of all the PRIME wines. Added to the blend was hillside Merlot from Rutherford. Finally, a Cabernet Franc grown in Yountville. This wine shows Merlot driven aromas of fresh red raspberries, gingerbread and spice. On the palette, it shows some of the leafy earthiness of the Cabernet Franc as well as a balanced, chalky tannin from the Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a classic Right Bank style Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley’s District 4. $38.75

30A Coastal Dunes Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa/Oakville  300 Cases Produced   Made for the people on the Gulf Coast of Florida.  Viscuous with a velvety palate accompainied with flavors of dark rich fruit, mountain sage and cedar spice. Just a touch of Cab Franc, Merlot and Syrah was added to the 91% Cabernet.  Very smooth. Great  dinner wine! ~Terri  $21.50
